Job summary

PMI Entertainment Group is seeking an Event Technology Specialist to support event operations with IT expertise and hands-on system administration. You will troubleshoot issues, train staff on the event management and POS systems, and develop SOPs to improve workflows.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to test upgrades, maintain system security, and generate reports. This role requires 3–5 years of IT experience and strong organizational skills in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in computer science or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Momentus or similar Event Management System.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for event operations software and POS systems.
• Train staff on system functionality based on role.
• Develop SOPs and best practices for event management and inventory systems.
