Job summary

aVenue Event Group is seeking a Venue Partnership Coordinator in Orlando to vet new venue opportunities, support onboarding, and assist the sales and planning teams during ramp-up. You will log inquiries, coordinate onboarding, and help keep venues prepared for a smooth handoff to the sales group.

The ideal candidate is organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator able to liaise with VP, sales, planning teams, and venues.
• Experience in the event industry or familiarity with venue partnerships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Log and acknowledge incoming venue leads in Tripleseat and track status.
• Review lead scorecards and decide next steps (intro call, referral, add to list, or decline).
• Coordinate onboarding with the VP of Venue Partnerships and gather venue collateral and details.
