Job summary

VERSANT Media in Orlando, FL is seeking a Partner Services Support professional to train, support, and assist the Inventory team in daily operations. The role focuses on onboarding and assisting golf course partners across the US and Canada, ensuring accurate representation on GolfNow and partner booking engines.

The successful candidate will coordinate with multiple teams, manage queues, respond to inquiries, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented self-starter with outstanding interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong time management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Strong teamwork skills.
Strong computer/internet skills (Excel, Google Docs).
Familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred.
Knowledge of golf or golf technology products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide top-tier service to all platform course partners.
Handle inbound calls and emails from course partners across the United States and Canada.
Collaborate with sales, support, and development teams to improve processes.
Manage internal request queues and respond to inquiries about GolfNow.
Participate in outbound sales initiatives and projects as they arise.
Become an expert in GolfNow Central software.
Maintain quality metrics and conduct weekly QA for teammates.
