Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in West Hollywood seeks an experienced House/Operations Manager to oversee facility operations, front-of-house, maintenance, safety, and staff scheduling across multiple departments.

You will lead onboarding, training, recruitment, payroll oversight, and compliance, ensuring a safe, engaging guest experience during day-of-show and non-show operations. The role also coordinates licenses, bar inventory, budgets, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with strong management and communications skills.
• Extensive knowledge of venue operations and facility management.
• Minimum two years’ experience as House/Operations Manager or comparable role.
• Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
• A natural interest in helping others and a heart for service leading to fan experiences.
• Represent the company with local municipalities and stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple departments with a large staff.
• Computers skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front of house operations, maintenance, and staffing across multiple departments.
• Assist in budget preparation and control for annual/quarterly operations.
• Ensure facility equipment is in optimal condition (HVAC, elevators, crowd control devices).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities and exterior areas within property lines.
• Ensure licensing, compliance, and up-to-date certifications monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Update bar menus, pricing, and inventory; manage liquor orders.
• Place orders for supplies, office and maintenance.
• Implement Live Nation policies and ensure standards.
• Assist with onboarding/training for in-sourced positions and recruiting of staff.
• Support payroll for in-house departments.
