Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in West Hollywood, CA is seeking a proactive House/Operations Manager to oversee all venue operations, including front of house, maintenance, security, and staffing.

You will partner with the General Manager to prepare annual budgets, schedule departments, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across teams. Excellent leadership and communication are essential for delivering memorable fan experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as House/Operations Manager or a comparable role.
• Empathy, patience, and sensitivity to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facility operations and maintenance across departments.
• Assist with annual and quarterly operations budgets with General Manager.
• Oversee licensing, compliance, and safety programs month to month.
• Coordinate onboarding, training and supervision of part-time staff across departments.
• Investigate guest complaints and maintain incident records; ensure guest safety.
