Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations of multiple corporate facilities in Beverly Hills, ensuring a safe, efficient workplace for employees and visitors. The role includes office services, mail, reception, and contracted support teams across locations.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in corporate facilities, strong leadership, and experience with space planning and vendor management. Occasional evenings and emergency on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience managing corporate facilities operations and office services.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations, office services, maintenance, mail, and reception across multiple locations.
• Oversee event operations, space scheduling, hospitality, and lounge areas for employees and guests.
• Direct and oversee vendor activities, contracts, maintenance, and invoicing; ensure quality and budget compliance.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and manage emergency preparedness programs.
• Develop space planning initiatives including moves, restacks, and occupancy records.
• Foster relationships with building management, executives, and external service providers.
