Responsibilities

• Supervise all activities within the venue operations department.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of staff.
• Manage event-day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train and educate on responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
