Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment's Concerts Division in San Francisco seeks a venue operations team member to support day-of-show duties, guest relations, and security coordination. You will partner with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to ensure smooth show execution and top-tier guest experiences.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent.
• Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations and guest relations.
• Skills in guest relations and staff relations; ability to prioritize duties.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Philadelphia Guard Card or equivalent certificate may be required.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day of show duties.
• Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries regarding shows and VIP programs.
• Address guest concerns and complaints related to security and customer service.
• Coordinate with Security and Guest Services to maintain service standards.
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties per policy.
• Inform guests of venue amenities and make recommendations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and relay information from management to staff.
• Ensure proper incident reporting and witness statement collection.
• Assist MOD with ejection logs and incident reports.
• Work special events scheduled at the venue.
