Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a dedicated venue staff member for California venues. You will support day-of-show operations, respond to guest inquiries, and uphold security and guest service standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, assisting with VIP program access, incident reporting, and ensuring responsible alcohol service in a fast-paced environment. Previous nightclub operations experience is preferred; a High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent.
• Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service and guest relations.
• Skills in guest relations / staff relations and anticipating guests' needs.
• Ability to prioritize duties and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-of-show duties with Ops Manager and Security Supervisor.
• Address elevated staff/guest inquiries about shows, meet-and-greet packages, Foundry access, VIP program and seat upgrades.
• Resolve guest concerns related to security and customer service; follow up with Security and Guest Services to ensure standards.
• Open/close shift per Live Nation policy; inform guests of venue amenities and services.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate management updates to staff; manage lost and found.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain line of sight in back-of-house areas.
• Assist MOD with incident reports and ejection logs; participate in special events.
