Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a dedicated team member to support day-of-show operations, guest relations, and safety compliance at our venue in San Francisco. You will coordinate with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor, address guest inquiries, and help maintain a positive, secure environment during events.

Ideal candidates bring high school diploma, responsible alcohol training, and experience in fast-paced venues.

Qualifications

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
• Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service and guest relations
• Skills in guest relations/staff relations—Assessing and anticipating special needs of guests
• Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time effectively, with an upbeat attitude
• Read guests in order to anticipate their needs
• Turn potentially negative situations into positive ones
• Communicate well with team members and managers and foster an atmosphere of unity and camaraderie
• Special requirements (Philadelphia Guard Card or equivalent certificate)
• High School Diploma required
• Experience in a live music environment (preferred)
• College diploma in related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform day-of-show duties in coordination with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor
• Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries about shows, VIPs, and amenities
• Resolve guest concerns related to security and customer service
• Follow up with Security and Guest Services to meet service standards
• Perform opening/running/closing duties per Live Nation policy
• Inform guests about venue amenities and recommendations
• Maintain sightlines and report issues in the work area
• Suggest venue products/services when applicable
• Communicate SOPs to staff clearly
• Create pre-shift briefings and relay information from management
• Submit lost and found items to Box Office
• Ensure compliant alcohol service per policy and training
• Maintain security across Back of House and guest areas
• Lead pre-shift meetings and escalate guest issues as needed
• Coordinate with MOD to resolve issues; assist with ejections and incident logging
