Escapology Framingham is seeking a hands-on Venue Manager to lead a 10–15 person team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced escape room environment. You’ll coach staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction on every shift.

You’ll recruit and hire, train teams, monitor labor and performance, and manage events and private bookings. A strong communicator with multitasking skills, you’ll keep operations running smoothly, resolve

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• TIPS certification required; training may be provided.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Background check and/or CORI screening required.

Responsibilities
