Job summary

Riviera Dining Group seeks a Manager, Human Resources – Venue Operations to lead HR across multiple venues. This field-based role rotates through dining venues and supports onboarding, recruitment, retention, employee relations, investigations, and safety programs.

You will partner with Operations, HR, and leadership to foster a fair, engaging workplace and advise on policies, investigations, and conflict resolution. Travel among venues is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Employee Relations and HR management experience at director/manager level in high-volume luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR or SHRM) desired.
• Strong knowledge of leaves (LOA) and HR practices; ability to handle complex investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to Exec Chef, GM and Operations on people issues at property and corporate levels.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation at property or corporate office.
• Implement corporate policies and ensure handbook compliance.
• Improve work relationships, boost morale, and increase retention across venues.
• Conduct impartial investigations into workplace concerns and policy violations.
• Recommend fair resolutions while mitigating legal and reputational risks.
• Facilitate conflict resolution through coaching, mediation, or formal interventions.
• Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks and provide white-glove HR support.
• Provide weekly ER case reporting to Chief People Officer via ALLVOICES.
• Support Talent Acquisition for openings and new venue launches.
• Complete new hire paperwork, E-Verify and I-9 during onboarding.
• Process workers’ comp and unemployment paperwork with HR leadership.
