Levy, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across venues. Under the Director of Human Resources, you will shape staffing strategies and ensure compliant processes in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, oversee onboarding, coordinate HR programs, and serve as the primary union liaison while aligning with policies and labor agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and onboarding processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficient with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations and onboarding activities.
• Develop staffing strategies, postings, sourcing, screening and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Support HR programs and maintain accurate employee records.
• Serve as primary union contact; interpret and administer the CBA and manage grievances.
