Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to oversee venue operations, ensuring adherence to standards, policies and procedures. The role requires strong leadership, extensive event experience, and a proven track record in profitability and guest satisfaction.

The position involves coordinating with Marketing, Sponsorship and Food & Beverage teams, managing budgets, staff, and vendors, and driving revenue growth while maintaining top-tier guest experiences across high-profile events.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of GM or operations management in hospitality.
• Strong profitability analysis and budgeting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage large events and teams.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain high standards of customer service for staff, customers and vendors.
• Identify revenue drivers and optimize guest and artist experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, F&B and Sponsorship to drive revenue and engagement.
• Manage venue expenses to maximize profits while safeguarding guest experience.
• Recruit, hire, train and schedule staff and subcontractors; develop an in-house team.
• Promote and manage rental events; coordinate with promoters and operations.
• Oversee health & safety, audit procedures, and compliance across the venue.
