Job summary

AEG Worldwide is seeking a General Manager to oversee the facility's end-to-end operations, including booking, finance, marketing, staffing, and maintenance. You will lead multiple departments, manage budgets, and coordinate with corporate staff and external partners to deliver high-profile events.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong budgeting skills, and a track record of building efficient teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and top-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Experience overseeing physical venue operations.
• Proven leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient in budgeting and cost control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and lead staff across departments.
• Plan and direct operations, scheduling and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/CalOSHA and safety standards.
• Coordinate with accounting on financials and reporting.
• Oversee event operations and facility maintenance.
• Develop annual operating calendar and staffing plans.
