Legends Global is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Noblesville, IN venue. The AGM will direct day-to-day hospitality and operations, drive guest experience, and manage revenue initiatives under the General Manager’s guidance.

You will lead a leadership team, develop budgets, monitor inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional guest service and profit growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of management experience in contract foodservice, preferably in a sports/entertainment venue.
• Experience in high-volume foodservice accounts, concessions, premium services and beverage programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in both union and non-union environments preferred.
• Previous P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and POS Systems is required.
• Strong customer and client service focus with initiative, leadership and management skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Uphold Legends Global standards for quality and performance in all phases of food and beverage operations.
• Constantly innovate the guest experience—food, service, communications—balancing creativity with practical implementation.
• Oversee operational management team, including developing talent, promoting from within, coaching, and performance management.
• Assist in developing yearly operational budgets that result in a fiscally sound operation, including product levels and pricing.
• Oversee monthly inventory for all departments.
• Verify, prepare and submit reports/monthly projections as required.
• Work closely with sub-contractors and vendors to ensure standards are met and pricing negotiated.
• Ensure unit compliance with laws and Legends regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, employment and EEO guidelines.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
