Live Nation Entertainment is hiring a General Manager for their new Indianapolis venue. The role oversees venue operations, staff and vendor coordination, and ensures adherence to Live Nation standards and procedures.

You will drive revenue, optimize guest and artist experiences, and manage expenses across events. The position requires a minimum of five years in a general/operations management role in hospitality, with strong background in event sales, promotion, and budgeting.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a general manager or operations manager role in a hospitality-related business.
• Extensive background in event sales and promotion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain high standards of customer service for staff, customers and vendors.
• Identify and maximize revenue drivers while optimizing guest and artist experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Premium Seat Sales, Food & Beverage and Sponsorship to create offerings that drive revenue and engagement.
• Manage venue expenses and capital projects to maximize profits.
• Recruit, hire, train and schedule staff; coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop a strong in-house team and promote rental events at the venue.
