Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple venues including Crystal Lounge, The Pool, Fat Tuesday, etc.
• Oversee all aspects of entertainment operations.
• Review schedules for appropriate coverage during events, holidays, or low-volume periods.
• Monitor labor and equipment costs; review payroll and compare to forecast.
