CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is seeking a driven engineer to join the sales team, focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new business.

The role includes applications engineering, sales support and field service, with extensive training under a mentor to learn CaptiveAire products and market strategies. You will participate in territory development, undergo product demonstrations and provide technical design support to ensure successful project outcomes and high customer

Qualifications

• 0–5 years experience in related roles.
• 4-year technical degree in mechanical/electrical/construction or science-oriented curriculum.
• Excellent computer, organizational and communication/presentation skills.
• Problem solving with a focus on continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel for training and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation projects.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Food Service Dealers.
• Daily inside sales support, application engineering and outside sales activities.
• Educate customers and promote CaptiveAire products and solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relations.
• Continuously improve processes and customer experience.
