BuyGoods is expanding its Vendor-Managed Customer Support program and seeks a results-driven professional to strengthen vendor relationships and customer experience. You will own vendor-facing operations, coordinate across multiple channels, and drive quality and performance oversight.

You’ll turn CS data into actionable insights for vendors and internal teams, manage escalations, and build scalable processes with a cross-functional hub including Compliance, Fulfillment, and Business

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Vendor Management.
• Experience managing external clients, vendors, or partners.
• Experience in Customer Support operations, including escalations and QA.
• Strong data analysis and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM/help desk platforms Zendesk, Gorgias, Salesforce, Shopify.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Own relationships with key BuyGoods vendors as primary CS contact.
• Manage vendor communication across Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram.
• Oversee Vendor-Managed CS quality, performance monitoring, escalations.
• Analyze CS data (contact reasons, refunds, cancellations, CSAT) and translate into insights.
• Coordinate with CS, Compliance, Fulfillment, and Business Development to resolve issues.
• Build and improve processes, reporting, playbooks, and Voice of Customer initiatives.
