Job summary

Broadway National is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to build, manage, and strengthen a national network of trade vendors. This role balances vendor sourcing and onboarding with day-to-day relationship management, performance tracking, and pricing support, and collaborates with leadership on QBRs and RFPs.

You will manage provider relationships, negotiate rates, ensure contract compliance, review KPIs, and support pricing initiatives while coordinating with Operations and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in vendor management, contract negotiation or subcontractor management.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or multi-site service preferred.
• Track record negotiating labor rates or subcontractor pricing.
• Trade knowledge (HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, handyman) a plus.
• Strong Excel and CMMS experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain a qualified network of service providers across assigned markets and trades.
• Negotiate and maintain labor-rate agreements with new and existing providers, within set guidelines, to protect margin.
• Lead QBRs for the assigned network and prepare data for leadership-led reviews.
• Review KPIs monthly and keep provider scorecards current.
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounting on billing issues and provider performance.
• Source and onboard new providers when coverage or performance gaps call for it.
