As part of the team, you will manage work orders, coordinate with vendors and clients, and support billing processes while ensuring accountability for each service delivered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Pro-active, organized and detail oriented.
• National retail and facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience working with and managing sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Receiving all incoming call inquiries, creating work orders, and dispatching all work orders.
• Coordinating daily services with vendors, facility managers, customers, and technicians.
• Obtaining cost estimates from vendors and reviewing with account management.
• Following up with clients and projects daily.
• Maintaining high profile customer relationships through phone and email correspondences.
• Assisting the billing department as needed.
• Managing all aspects of each job and taking accountability for each service provided.
