Job summary

Broadway National Inc is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to build and manage our national network of service providers, balancing sourcing with day-to-day relationship management and pricing support. You will work with leadership on QBRs and RFP efforts.

Responsibilities include growing the provider network, negotiating labor-rate agreements, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring contract compliance across markets. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in vendor management, contract negotiation or subcontractor management.
• Track record of negotiating labor rates or subcontractor pricing.
• Strong Excel skills and KPI/scorecard familiarity.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams.
• Occasional travel for provider visits and QBRs.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain a qualified network of service providers across markets.
• Negotiate and maintain labor-rate agreements to protect margin.
• Ensure providers meet contract requirements: response times, invoices, and compliance.
• Review KPIs monthly and keep provider scorecards current.
• Lead QBRs and present data to leadership.
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounting to resolve service and billing issues.
• Move volume to top performers to lower total cost and raise quality.
• Source and onboard providers to fill coverage or performance gaps.
