Job summary

Primeritus Financial Services, Inc. in Raleigh, NC seeks a Vendor Performance Manager to oversee independent contractor recovery agents. The role is hybrid and based in-office at our Raleigh, NC site, focusing on vendor performance coaching and escalation handling.

You will identify performance gaps, coach contractors, and communicate issues to the Senior Vendor Management team while driving improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with third-party vendor management and customer success roles preferred.
• Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of CFPB, FDCPA, and GLBA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies performance concerns and drives improvement with contractors.
• Reviews for suspension or replacement of underperforming agents.
• Analyzes market performance and suggests allocation changes.
• Sets goals and leads monthly performance reviews for underperforming agents.
• Creates and presents quarterly performance reviews for top agents.
• Maintains KPIs for the assigned region with improvement plans.
