Insight Global is seeking an Outsource Performance Manager for our financial services and collections client. You will manage external law firms and collection agencies, drive operational KPIs, and ensure compliance across partner networks.

The role requires extensive vendor management, performance analytics, and leadership to optimize recoveries and costs while adhering to FDCPA/Reg F and regulatory licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in credit/collections or receivables operations.
• 5+ years managing outsourced vendor performance.
• 3+ years in people leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Knowledge of federal/state collection regulations (FDCPA/Regulation F) and licensing.
• Analytical experience with scorecards, KPI interpretation, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of external law firms and collection agency partners.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and forecasted outcomes.
• Evaluate vendors to improve recoveries, productivity, quality, and cost.
• Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Ensure regulatory and company requirements are met by vendors.
• Coordinate with compliance and ops teams on vendor oversight.
• Monitor remittances, invoicing, and data integrity across vendors.
• Escalate performance issues and manage settlements or complaints.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
