Qualifications

• Proficiency in using vendor management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly and monthly market reviews with service/construction teams and vendors to ensure alignment and optimize performance.
• Support local product and services initiatives to improve efficiencies and utilization.
• Manage escalations and advocacy related to vendor performance, pricing, and billing.
• Resolve vendor issues or disputes promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve vendor management processes.
• Oversee multiple markets/regions and ensure regional coverage.
• Evaluate vendor performance (KPIs), capacity alignment, geographic alignment, and contract compliance.
• Onboard, train, and offboard vendor relationships.
• Assess local market conditions for cost-effectiveness and quality of vendor services.
• Analyze local vendor coverage for geographic and service adequacy.
• Track and report vendor performance against utilization targets.
• Improve visibility into service and supplier analytics.
• Audit vendors for rates, skills, coverage, capacity, and gaps.
• Advocate for the company with vendors and represent its interests.
