OneMain Financial Group seeks a Vendor Management Analyst to help evaluate and monitor vendor performance. The role involves auditing at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals, maintaining scorecards, and reporting audit results to stakeholders.

You will liaise with vendors, ensure policy adherence, and may travel for onsite reviews. Hybrid work in Evansville, with responsibilities spanning documentation, communications, and remediation of issues during audits.

Formación

• Requires admin/management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for medium/large groups.
• Proven project management experience/skills.
• Proficient with Internet and MS Office tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits.
• Maintain records of auditing materials.
• Monitor vendor activities and performance.
• Communicate audit results and trends.
• Assist with remediation of technical issues during audits.
• Maintain standardized scorecards and documentation.
• Liaise between OneMain and vendors to maintain brand awareness.
• Draft, obtain approvals, and send vendor communications.
• Travel to vendor sites for onsite reviews and discussions.
