Job summary

Alliance is seeking a Vendor Relations Manager to oversee the implementation and ongoing management of large vendor contracts and value-added services. This role serves as the liaison between vendors and internal experts across the full contract lifecycle, with a hybrid schedule that includes three onsite days in Morrisville, NC.

You will manage procurement processes, ensure policy compliance, and drive cross-team collaboration while developing staff and improving vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years leading complex vendor contracts.
• Experience in healthcare or managed services is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts for Alliance members.
• Lead procurement from sourcing to contract management.
• Ensure compliance with Alliance policies and Tailored Plan requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet reporting and performance needs.
• Develop training content for vendor management activities.
• Travel to Alliance offices or vendor sites as required.
