Foodworks is seeking a relationship-driven Client Experience Manager to oversee and grow partnerships in California. You will identify, recruit, onboard, and manage local restaurant partners, food trucks, bakers, and minority-owned vendors, serving as liaison between partners, sites, and clients.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, expanding the vendor network, coordinating events, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in client management, hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Experience recruiting or supporting vendor partnerships is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor partnership strategy in the local market.
• Recruit and onboard new restaurant, food truck, and vendor partners.
• Coordinate events, pop-ups, and activations with partners.
• Maintain relationships with site managers and clients for seamless integration.
• Provide high-level customer service and timely issue resolution.
