Job summary

Foodworks, a Compass Group division, seeks a Client Experience Manager to grow vendor partnerships across California. You will recruit and onboard restaurants, food trucks, and specialty food vendors, while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and seamless event execution.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, program coordination, and market expansion with a focus on minority-owned and local businesses, in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client or vendor management.
• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor partnership strategy within the assigned local market.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new restaurant and vendor partners.
• Build relationships with minority-owned and emerging businesses.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, insurance, and setup.
• Coordinate scheduling between partners and client locations.
• Plan and execute events, pop-ups, and activations with vendors.
• Maintain relationships with site managers and operations teams.
• Provide high level customer service and clear communication.
• Analyze market trends and vendor performance for improvements.
• Conduct business reviews and present recommendations to leadership.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate internal resources for timely resolution.
• Serve as liaison between clients, vendors, and leadership.
