Job summary

FAS Localize is building and maintaining a linguist network behind every project. You will source, screen, onboard, and keep our vendors motivated while ensuring data integrity. This role blends recruiting, data quality, and relationship care.

You will manage skills checks and vendor records, while addressing feedback and payments with clear English communication across time zones. Remote-first, with flexible hours and direct collaboration with our Senior Project Manager, using a modern

• Comfortable with spreadsheets, data and a structured process.
• Clear, fair written communication in English.

Build and look after the linguist network behind every FAS project: find people, test them, onboard them and keep them working with us.

What you will do
