• Analyze vendor performance data to identify trends and opportunities and convert insights into actions.
• Negotiate contracts and manage agreements in line with business goals and policies.
• Resolve vendor issues with effective conflict management and timely remediation.
• Lead RFIs and RFPs to support vendor selection and oversight.
• Escalate issues and coordinate emergency services per SLAs and expectations.
