Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Access.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor databases and contracts, including approvals, onboarding, invoicing, and reporting.
• Lead monthly vendor governance meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Support annual planning, financial forecasting, and reporting; prepare materials for reviews.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for product and senior management during planning cycles.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly processes, including forecasting and accruals.
• Present data and analytics clearly, accurately, and on time.
• Ensure data integrity across systems by resolving discrepancies.
• Promote partnership and operational excellence.
