Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Technology Support Director – Enterprise Software Vendor Management to own the strategy for global software vendor governance, licensing models, and cost optimization.

You will lead a SaaS FinOps program, manage cloud marketplace transactions, and drive executive-aligned investment decisions across a multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolio. In this role, you will build and develop a high-performing global team, engage C-suite stakeholders, and implement governance

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise software vendor management or related fields.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Expert in enterprise software licensing models (perpetual, subscription, SaaS, consumption).
• Proven track record in high-stakes vendor negotiations and cost savings.
• Strong FinOps knowledge with spend visibility and charge-back/show-back capabilities.
• Excellent executive/CSuite stakeholder engagement and influencing ability.
• Financial acumen with multi-currency budgets and multi-year forecasting.
• Experience building or maturing a Software Asset Management program.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise software vendor management strategy and governance.
• Lead global SaaS FinOps policies, tooling, and spend optimization.
• Oversee cloud marketplace transaction management and private offers.
• Lead deal analysis, TCO modeling, and executive-ready investment recommendations.
• Manage enterprise software budget and forecast processes across a multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolio.
• Develop and coach a global team of vendor management, SAM, and FinOps professionals.
• Serve as senior relationship owner with strategic software vendors and executives.
• Define and report KPIs for vendor management, SAM, and cost performance.
• Spearhead continuous improvement across tooling, processes, and frameworks (FinOps, ITAM).
