• Lead monthly vendor governance meetings with technology, product, finance, and controllers, providing analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to annual planning, financial forecasting, and reporting, and coordinate materials for business reviews and scorecards.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for product and senior management, especially during planning cycles.
• Collaborate across teams to support weekly and monthly processes, including forecasting, accruals, and other initiatives.
• Present data and analytics clearly, accurately, and on time.
• Ensure data integrity across systems by resolving discrepancies.
• Foster a culture of partnership and operational excellence.

As a Business Management - Senior Associate within the Securities Services Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you will support the Funds Services Technology and Product teams by driving key strategic initiatives and managing vendor relationships. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping to identify and mitigate business risks while finding opportunities for improvement. This dynamic role
