Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Manager, Vendor Business - CCA to drive vendor growth across the English Caribbean and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced technology market. You will own the business strategy, P&L, market share expansion, and recruitment of new TD partners while coordinating across purchasing, vendor marketing, and technical sales.

• At least five years of leadership experience.
• Experience in technology vendor management or business development.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage P&L and inventory KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop vendor relationships and lead strategic business planning to support growth and serve as the company's representative to customers and advocate within the company across sales activities.
• Lead high-impact customer meetings and identify opportunities to recruit and grow new partners.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen performance, collaboration, and career growth.
• Optimize P&L performance by managing revenue and margin forecasts, improving operational efficiency, achieving rebate targets, and meeting portfolio inventory KPIs.
• Safeguard business performance through disciplined inventory and risk management, including depreciation and end-of-life planning.
• Support other priorities and responsibilities as assigned.
