Job summary

TD SYNNEX seeks a Manager, Vendor Business - CCA to drive the storage portfolio strategy across the English Caribbean, grow year-over-year revenue, and recruit new TD partners. You will coordinate with purchasing, vendor marketing, and sales to expand regional momentum and optimize P&L performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage forecasts, and ensure inventory and risk controls while advancing regional partnerships and client solutions. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience leading, managing, or supervising employees.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• At least five years of relevant experience in technology, vendor management, sales, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop vendor relationships and lead strategic business planning to support growth.
• Lead high-impact customer meetings and identify opportunities to recruit and grow new partners.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen performance and collaboration.
• Optimize P&L performance by managing revenue and margin forecasts, improving efficiency, achieving rebate targets, supporting ROCE, and meeting portfolio KPIs.
• Safeguard business performance through disciplined inventory and risk management, including depreciation and end-of-life planning.
