Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with vendor chargebacks or financial disputes preferred.

Responsibilities

Research, analyze, and optimize vendor chargebacks.
Collaborate with vendors, sales reps, groups purchasing organizations, and stakeholders to identify issues and determine responsible parties.
Lead root-cause analysis and recommend best practices to the business and partners.
Lead sessions with vendors to elicit requirements and maintain partnerships.
Investigate issues affecting chargebacks including customer IDs and pricing.
Work cross-functionally to identify improvements that reduce risk and increase efficiency.
Manage workload under pressure to meet deadlines.
