Medline Industries, LP is seeking a multi-faceted analyst for its Distributed Products Division to research and resolve vendor chargeback disputes and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings. The role emphasizes a detailed review of dispute files, adherence to internal processes, and spotting areas of opportunity across the division.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong Excel skills (SUM, LEFT, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities; identify root causes and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Research, analyze, report and optimize the division's vendor chargebacks.
Collaborate with vendors, sales reps, GPOs, and stakeholders to resolve disputes and update chargebacks system.
Conduct root cause analysis and propose best practices for the business and partners.
Lead sessions with vendors to capture requirements and strengthen distributor/vendor partnership.
Investigate issues affecting chargebacks, including customer ID, pricing, and acquisition costs.
Work cross-functionally to identify improvements that reduce risk and improve efficiency.
Manage workload under pressure to meet deadlines.
