Responsibilities

• Monitor databases and reconcile discrepancies on partial or missed chargeback payments.
• Prepare and review reporting to meet changing business needs.
• Validate distribution of chargeback and processing of discrepancies.
• Prioritize chargeback inquiries and perform detailed analysis.
• Maintain timely responses to vendors via email.
