• Serve as initial escalation point and provide resolution to incidents or issues.
• Monitor databases and reconcile discrepancies on partial or missed chargeback payments.
• Prepare and review reporting to meet changing business needs.
• Validate distribution of chargeback and tracing files and processing of discrepancies.
• Prioritize chargeback inquiries and perform detailed analysis.
• Monitor email to respond to vendors in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external resources for timely processing.
• Coordinate training and review SOPs; participate in cross-functional team meetings.
