Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Chargebacks Analyst for our Mundelein, IL office with a hybrid work model. The role involves processing chargeback submissions, researching discrepancies, and collaborating with management to improve processes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a business field, 2+ years of data analysis, and experience with SAP/Vistex and Excel. Prior chargeback experience is preferred, and there is emphasis on cross-functional cooperation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 2+ years analyzing and reporting data to support business operations; 1+ year of chargeback analysis and processing.
• Experience with SAP and/or Vistex; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial point of escalation and provide resolution to incidents or issues.
• Monitor databases and reconcile discrepancies on partial or missed chargeback payments to avoid financial loss.
• Prepare and review reporting to meet changing business needs.
• Validate the accurate distribution of chargeback and tracing files and processing of discrepancies.
• Prioritize incoming chargeback inquiries and apply detailed analysis.
• Monitor email box to ensure timely responses to vendors.
• Create fee agreements tied to vendor restrictions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external resources to facilitate timely processing of files and payments.
• Coordinate and execute effective training sessions and review SOPs.
• Provide input to process improvement programs to facilitate organizational change.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to meet objectives and improve processes.
