PTSolutions is seeking a Vending Support Specialist in Santee, CA to install, maintain, and repair tool & MRO industrial vending machines at customer sites. You will provide remote assistance and perform on-site visits as required to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer-focused service, and timely ticket logging. A 21+ age requirement with a valid license and a high school diploma is needed; opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot tool & MRO industrial vending machines.
• Answer and respond to multiple calls daily while logging service tickets.
• Maintain an accurate inventory for each machine remotely and onsite as required.
• Communicate with customer personnel in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Quickly respond to customer demand for replenishment and additional product lines in VMI programs.
• Travel: 20% to on-site locations as needed.
