Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a skilled field service technician to install, repair and maintain vending, cooling and fountain equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose problems, perform preventative maintenance, and complete paperwork on a tight service schedule.

Role requires CDL with interstate status, refrigeration certification, and strong mechanical/electrical/plumbing skills. Opportunity to work with a range of beverage equipment and parts handling.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical systems and basic appliance repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair vending/cooling/fountain equipment.
• Excellent customer communication and service.
• Valid CDL and refrigeration certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Unload and reload with products as necessary.
• Install equipment and connect lines, water, gas, and drains.
• Prioritize and schedule service calls to meet windows.
• Drive to locations and perform repairs (plumbing, electricity, refrigeration, carpentry).
• Collect accurate customer data and complete paperwork every two hours.
• Maintain service truck parts inventory.
• Establish positive relationships with contacts during calls.
• Transport items as needed.
• Regular attendance and reliability.
