Job summary

PepsiCo's Pepsi Equipment Services team is seeking a skilled service technician to install, set up, repair and maintain vending, cooling, and fountain equipment at customer accounts. You will diagnose problems, determine repair or replacement, and work independently with frequent customer contact, including lifting and moving heavy units.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical and refrigeration systems, a valid CDL where applicable, and a commitment to safety and accurate

Qualifications

• 18+ years old; CDL required with DOT compliance where applicable.
• Refrigeration certification Type I/II or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–45 lbs repeatedly; operate tools and follow manuals.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending and related equipment.
• Unload/load products and educate customers on basic upkeep.
• Install equipment, connect lines, and verify proper operation.
• Prioritize service calls to meet customer windows.
• Drive to locations, assess situations and perform repairs (plumbing, electrical, refrigeration).
• Document job details and maintain inventory on truck.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure safety compliance.
