Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages North America seeks a skilled field service technician to install, repair, and maintain vending, cooling, and fountain equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure proper preventative maintenance while maintaining good customer relations and timely documentation.

Requirements include valid U.S. CDL with non-excepted interstate status as applicable, DOT physical, and refrigeration certification.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 21 years or older if CDL required.
• Valid U.S. CDL license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable).
• Pass DOT Physical and DOT Road-test (if required).
• Adhere to DOT Regulations.
• Senior technician requires refrigeration certification.
• Must be able to pass refrigeration certification Type I/Type II practices (if applicable).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English if CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending and related equipment.
• Unload and reload with products as necessary.
• Install equipment by mounting, routing lines, and connecting utilities.
• Prioritize and schedule service calls to meet customer windows.
• Drive to locations and diagnose/repair equipment as needed.
• Maintain parts inventory and complete paperwork on time.
