Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a skilled field service technician to install, repair, and maintain vending, cooling, and fountain equipment at customer accounts. You will diagnose problems, determine repairs, and often work independently with frequent customer contact.

Responsibilities include equipment installation, routine PMs, and providing guidance to customers on upkeep. Must be able to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly and handle heavy machines as needed. Valid CDL and DOT compliance may be required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• CDL required or applicable to location and role.
• DOT regulations and safety standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventative maintenance on vending, cooling, and fountain equipment.
• Educate customers on basic upkeep and procedure compliance.
• Install equipment and connect dispensing lines, water, gas, and drains.
• Prioritize service calls to meet customer windows.
• Drive to sites, evaluate issues, and perform repairs (plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, carpentry).
• Maintain inventory and complete paperwork in a timely manner.
