Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical repairs and diagnostics of vending, cooling, or fountain equipment.
• Customer-facing role requiring clear communication and scheduling.
• Negotiation of service windows and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Unload and reload with products as necessary.
• Install equipment by routing lines and connecting plumbing and electrical supplies.
• Fill and adjust chemical or beverage mixtures as required.
• Schedule service calls to meet customer windows and priorities.
• Travel to locations to diagnose and repair, including plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Record accurate job details and complete paperwork on time.
• Maintain inventory on the service truck and replace worn parts.
