Navy Exchange Service Command in Kings Bay, GA is seeking a VENDING OPERATIONS CLERK to perform clerical and administrative duties, compile financial data, maintain files, and type correspondence. This position supports vending operations and requires accuracy and reliability.

You will receive cash reports, verify item totals, balance with Accounting/Budget, and prepare monthly reports and payments to contractors. Independent work under supervision is common.

Qualifications

• 1 year progressively responsible clerical or office work.
• Ability to prepare and balance monthly financial data and reports.
• Typing correspondence and filing.

Responsabilités

• Receives cash reports from Vending Attendants and verifies totals.
• Balances with Accounting/Budget Department on a monthly basis.
• Prepares Monthly Vending Machine Report on sales and gross profit.
• Maintains department files and logs; supports reporting and payment processes.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves routine problems.
