Qualifications

• 1 year progressively responsible clerical or office work.
• 1 year progressively responsible experience performing clerical or administrative support duties or experience in a related area which demonstrates the ability to perform the work of the position.
• 1/2 year academic study above the high school level may be substituted for each 6 months of 1 year of general and 1 year specialized.

Responsibilities

• Receives various cash reports from Vending Attendants.
• Verifies and extends total sales for vending machines and records discrepancies. Posts to Master List and completes monthly sales.
• Balances with Accounting/Budget Department on a monthly basis all sales/cash figures.
• Compiles/prepares Supplemental Report of Goods Received for monthly payment to Contractors.
• Prepares Monthly Vending Machine Report on gross sales, selling price and gross profit; forwards to NEXCOM.
• Prepares documents of all machines serviced by the Navy Exchange and balances Monthly Sales Reports.
